Knowing how to price your property is the most important role of a Listing Agent. To accomplish this I inspect the inside and outside of your home so that I understand its unique characteristics. I also make recommendations to get your home "For Sale Ready". The items I recommend will bring value to a buyer and thus a higher sales price or a quicker transaction time.
Another of my Team's differentiators: I have a contractor's license (make no mistake I am a Full Time Realtor) and in usually a few days I can get your home "For Sale Ready". If larger projects are required I know the contractors to hire to get the job done ASAP.
