We found Mark by calling his number on a property sign. He met with us and gave us a tour of Reston.  He listened to our explanation of what we were looking for.  We live in New Mexico so he had an extra challenge to keep us informed of what properties were available.  Once we found a place that looked right, Mark went out of his way to give us a complete assessment and conducted a video tour.  He formulated a successful strategy for bidding on the property that had "multiple offers".
