Buyer Agent Specialist

     It is vitally important for you to have Agent representation when purchasing a home. I have plenty of references for you to call that will support this statement including and especially those buying New Construction homes.

     In most cases this will be the largest transaction some of you will ever make.  Going at it on your own is far too risky 

    A Buyers Agent's role is to help a potential buyer find the most suitable home possible at the best possible price.  Once a target home is located, the Buyer's Agent can then concentrate on negotiating a sale price and contract terms.  If an agreeable price is reached, the Buyer's Agent organizes a professional inspection of the property in question and ensures that the terms of the contract are carried out to the letter. 

     At this point in the process the Buyer's Agent can also help to streamline the financing process and ensure that the other parties involved in the sale of the property meet their contractual obligations. 

     For Instance, did you know that you have 72 hours upon receipt of the Home Owners Association Documents to cancel the contact if you do not approve of all the rule and regulations?  And you cancel the contract with no penalties!  That is one of so many variables in a real estate transaction.
